Overview
You can use TestForReaction without creating an account. Your reaction results stay in your browser unless you choose to save a score to the public leaderboard.
We also use analytics to understand how people use the site and where the experience can be improved.
Information We Collect
- 01 Saved scores: your five-round result, input method, submission time, and optional nickname when you choose to join the leaderboard.
- 02 Usage data: pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, and browser or device information.
- 03 Interaction data: clicks, scrolling, and session replay data used to understand how the site is used.
- 04 Security data: basic request and verification information used to prevent spam and automated submissions.
How We Use Information
We use this information to provide the reaction test and leaderboard, prevent abuse, understand traffic, identify usability problems, and improve the site.
Sharing And Third Parties
If you save a score, your nickname, result, input method, and submission time may appear publicly on the leaderboard.
We use Google Analytics for usage statistics and Microsoft Clarity for interaction analytics, heatmaps, and session replay. These services process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.
Retention And Deletion
Local test results are cleared when you reset, refresh, or leave the page. Saved leaderboard entries remain public until they are removed. Google and Microsoft may retain analytics data under their privacy policies.
To request removal of a leaderboard entry, email [email protected] with your nickname, approximate submission time, and score.
Cookies And Tracking
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity use cookies and similar technologies to measure visits and interactions. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. This may limit analytics, but it does not prevent you from using the core reaction test.
Children
TestForReaction is not directed to children under 13. Children should not submit a nickname or leaderboard score without permission from a parent or guardian.
